These terms apply to your use of pluginora.com and the Pluginora service, operated by Foundiva LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.
The waitlist
Pluginora is not yet open to the public. Joining the waitlist is free and does not oblige you to buy anything. Features, prices and launch dates shown on this site may change before launch.
Using Pluginora
- Pluginora uses artificial intelligence to build WordPress plugins from your description. Every plugin is automatically tested, but you are responsible for reviewing and testing a plugin before using it on a live website, and for keeping backups.
- You must not use Pluginora to create malware, spam tools, plugins that collect data without consent, or anything illegal or harmful.
- You must give accurate information and keep your account details secure.
Payments, trials and refunds
When the service launches, prices, the $1 trial, included changes and refund rules will be shown before you pay and will form part of these terms. Nothing on this site is a binding price offer until you complete checkout.
Who owns what
Plugins you pay for are yours to use, change and sell. The Pluginora website, brand, software and logo belong to us.
Our responsibility
We provide the site and service “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
