This policy explains what personal information Pluginora collects, why, and what you can do about it. Pluginora is operated by Foundiva LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States (“we”, “us”).
What we collect
- Waitlist sign-ups: your email address, which option describes you (website owner, developer or agency), the plugin idea you type if you choose to, and the date you joined.
- Messages you send us: anything you write when you email us.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Why we use it
- To tell you when Pluginora launches and send you launch offers. You gave consent for this when you joined the waitlist.
- To understand which plugins people want, so we build the right product.
- To reply to your messages and keep the site secure.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We only share it with service providers who help us run Pluginora, such as our web hosting provider and our email sending provider. When the Pluginora service launches, plugin requests you submit will be processed by third-party AI service providers to build your plugin. These providers may be located outside your country; where that happens we use appropriate safeguards required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until Pluginora launches and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR or Nigeria Data Protection Act), you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To make a request, email hello@pluginora.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
