Pricing questions
Is it really a one-off payment?
Yes. You pay once per plugin and it’s yours. No licence key, no yearly renewal. You only pay again if you choose to add a bigger feature or buy more changes.
What if I don’t keep the plugin after the trial?
You don’t pay anything more. Your trial lasts 7 days, and after that the plugin is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind. If the build fails our tests completely, your $1 is refunded automatically.
Why can’t I download it during the trial?
The trial is for testing on a private practice site. Download, code view and install open the moment you keep the plugin.
If I cancel Unlimited, do I lose my plugins?
No. Every plugin you built stays yours and keeps working. You just stop building new ones until you subscribe again or buy them one at a time.
Can I get a refund?
If your plugin doesn’t do what the approved quote said and Ora can’t fix it, you can get a refund within 14 days, as long as it hasn’t been downloaded or installed. After that, anything that doesn’t match the quote is fixed free.
