What your Elementor Forms to Airtable plugin does

A focused plugin that creates one Airtable record per Elementor form submission. You choose the base and table, then map form fields to Airtable fields.

Record per entry
Each submission becomes a new record in your table.
Map the fields
Match each form field to an Airtable field by name.
Your own token
Paste an Airtable personal access token with permission to write records.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: It creates records only, one direction from your form to Airtable. Field names must match your table, and Airtable's own rate limits apply.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect Elementor Forms to Airtable Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request

  • Status field set to New on every record
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Updating or deleting existing records is not in this plan. File uploads and linked records are not mapped.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Default status. Set a Status field such as New on every record.
  • Submission date. Save the submission date in a date field.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Elementor Forms to Airtable

Here is the whole setup for connecting Elementor Forms to Airtable, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Airtable and in Elementor Forms.

1. Create a personal access token
In Airtable open your developer hub and create a personal access token with the data.records:write scope, and add the one base you want to use. Copy the token once, because Airtable does not show it again.
2. Find your Elementor Forms fields
In the Elementor editor click each form field, open the Advanced tab and read its ID (for example email or name). Those IDs are what Ora maps to Airtable.
3. Match field names exactly
Open the base and note the base ID (it starts with app) and the table name. Airtable matches field names exactly, including capital letters and spaces, so Phone Number and phone number are different fields.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit the form on the practice site, then open Elementor, Submissions to confirm the entry was saved. Open the table in Airtable and look for a new row with the test values. Check that single select fields show the right option.

Questions

Is there a free Elementor Forms to Airtable plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior for Airtable and nothing extra.

What access does the token need?

A personal access token with the data.records:write scope, from an Airtable user who can edit the base. Airtable lists this endpoint as available on all billing plans.

Do I need Elementor Pro and a Airtable account?

Yes. The Form widget is part of Elementor Pro, and this plugin reads its submissions and sends them to your Airtable account. Airtable's record creation is available on all billing plans. You don't need to buy Zapier.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
