What your Elementor Forms to Brevo plugin does

A focused plugin that creates or updates a Brevo contact from each Elementor form submission and adds it to a list. You map form fields to Brevo attributes.

Create or update
A new contact is made, or the existing one with that email is updated.
Map to attributes
Match form fields to Brevo attributes such as first name and last name.
Add to a list
Put each contact on one or more Brevo lists you pick.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: It handles contacts and lists. Brevo campaigns, automations and transactional email are separate. Attributes you map must already exist in your Brevo account.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect Elementor Forms to Brevo Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
My online yoga studio has an Elementor free class form with first name, last name and email. Add each person to my Brevo list called "Free class" and fill the first and last name attributes.
O
Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Brevo connection with your API key and a test button
  • Free class form mapped to email, first name and last name
  • Contacts added to the Free class list
  • Existing contacts updated instead of rejected
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Double opt-in confirmation, SMS and deals are not in this plan. Attribute names must match the ones in your Brevo account.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Second list. Also add contacts from my workshop form to a separate Brevo list.
  • Phone attribute. Save the phone number in the Brevo SMS attribute.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Elementor Forms to Brevo

Here is the whole setup for connecting Elementor Forms to Brevo, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Brevo and in Elementor Forms.

1. Create a v3 API key
In Brevo open SMTP and API, API Keys and generate a new v3 key. Copy it straight away, then open Contacts, Lists and note the numeric ID of the list new contacts should join.
2. Find your Elementor Forms fields
In the Elementor editor click each form field, open the Advanced tab and read its ID (for example email or name). Those IDs are what Ora maps to Brevo.
3. Match contact attributes
Brevo stores details as attributes in capitals, such as FIRSTNAME, LASTNAME and SMS. Open Contacts, Settings, Contact attributes to see what exists and create any extra ones before you map them.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit the form on the practice site, then open Elementor, Submissions to confirm the entry was saved. Open Contacts in Brevo and search for the test email. Check the list and the attribute values, and the status if you used double opt-in.

Questions

Is there a free Elementor Forms to Brevo plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior for Brevo and nothing extra.

What if the contact already exists in Brevo?

The plugin asks Brevo to update the existing contact, so the same email is not added twice. Their attributes are refreshed with the new form answers.

Do I need Elementor Pro and a Brevo account?

Yes to both. The Form widget is part of Elementor Pro, and this plugin reads those submissions and sends them to your Brevo account. You don't need to buy Zapier.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
