What your Elementor Forms to Discord plugin does

A focused plugin that posts a message to one Discord channel when an Elementor form is submitted. You choose the fields and how the message looks.

Message or embed
Show an entry as plain text or as a tidy embed card.
Choose the fields
Pick which answers appear and in what order.
Your own webhook
Paste a Discord channel webhook URL, which acts as the key.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: One webhook posts to one channel. A Discord message holds up to 2000 characters of text, so long answers are shortened. Sending direct messages is a separate build.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect Elementor Forms to Discord Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
I run a gaming community site. When someone fills my Elementor clan application form, post their name, game and rank in our #applications channel as an embed.
O
Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Discord connection using your channel webhook URL, with a test post
  • Embed showing name, game and rank from the form
  • Bot name shown as Applications
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Direct messages, roles and reply handling are not in this plan. Anyone with the webhook URL can post, so keep it private.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Color by form. Use a different embed color for each Elementor form.
  • Thread name. Start a thread named after the applicant for each entry.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Elementor Forms to Discord

Here is the whole setup for connecting Elementor Forms to Discord, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Discord and in Elementor Forms.

1. Create a webhook in your server
In Discord open Server Settings, Integrations, Webhooks and create a new webhook. Choose the channel it posts to, then copy the webhook URL. Anyone with that URL can post in the channel, so treat it like a password.
2. Find your Elementor Forms fields
In the Elementor editor click each form field, open the Advanced tab and read its ID (for example email or name). Those IDs are what Ora maps to Discord.
3. Choose what the message says
Decide what each notification shows, for example the name, email and message from the form, or the order number and total. Ora can post it as plain text or as a tidy embed with fields and a coloured edge.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit the form on the practice site, then open Elementor, Submissions to confirm the entry was saved. Open the channel in Discord and look for the new message. Check that links and line breaks look right.

Questions

Is there a free Elementor Forms to Discord plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior for Discord and nothing extra.

Who can make a Discord webhook?

Someone with the Manage Webhooks permission on the channel, who creates the webhook in the channel settings and copies its URL. You paste that URL on the settings page.

Do I need Elementor Pro and a Discord account?

Yes. The Form widget is part of Elementor Pro, and this plugin reads its submissions and sends them to your Discord account. You also need permission to create a webhook in your Discord server. You don't need to buy Zapier.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
