What your Elementor Forms to Klaviyo plugin does

A focused plugin that creates or updates a Klaviyo profile from each Elementor form submission. You pick the form and map its fields to profile properties.

Create or update
A new profile is made, or the existing one is updated.
Profile properties
Match email, name and phone, plus custom properties you name.
Private key setup
Paste a private API key with profile write access and test it.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: It creates and updates profiles. Email consent, list subscriptions, flows and events are separate builds. Create the key with the access this plugin needs.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Here is the plan:
  • Klaviyo connection with a private API key and a test button
  • Quiz form mapped to email, first name and last name
  • Skin type saved as a custom profile property
  • A log of each send, with Klaviyo errors shown
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Subscribing profiles to lists, consent handling and tracking events are not in this plan.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Add to a list. Add each new profile to a Klaviyo list I choose.
  • Source property. Save the Elementor form name in a source property.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Elementor Forms to Klaviyo

Here is the whole setup for connecting Elementor Forms to Klaviyo, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Klaviyo and in Elementor Forms.

1. Create a private API key
In Klaviyo open Settings, API keys and create a private key with permission to write profiles, lists and subscriptions. Then open the list and copy its list ID from the page address.
2. Find your Elementor Forms fields
In the Elementor editor click each form field, open the Advanced tab and read its ID (for example email or name). Those IDs are what Ora maps to Klaviyo.
3. Map profile properties and consent
Klaviyo profiles are matched by email. Standard details such as first name, last name and phone are built in, and anything else becomes a custom property. Property names are case sensitive.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit the form on the practice site, then open Elementor, Submissions to confirm the entry was saved. Open Profiles in Klaviyo and search for the test email. Check the list, the properties and the consent status, then check any flow that should start.

Questions

Is there a free Elementor Forms to Klaviyo plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior for Klaviyo and nothing extra.

What Klaviyo key do I need?

A private API key from your Klaviyo account with permission to write profiles. Klaviyo says keys are managed by Owner, Admin or Manager roles, and a key can't be edited after it is made.

Do I need Elementor Pro and a Klaviyo account?

Yes to both. The Form widget is part of Elementor Pro, and this plugin reads those submissions and sends them to your Klaviyo account. You don't need to buy Zapier.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
