What your Elementor Forms to Mailchimp plugin does

A focused plugin that adds or updates an audience member in Mailchimp from each Elementor form submission. You pick the form, audience and fields.

Add or update
A new member is added, or an existing one with the same email is updated.
Merge fields and tags
Match form fields to merge fields and add tags such as the form name.
Choose the audience
Pick which Mailchimp audience each form sends to.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: It adds members to one audience per form. Campaigns, automations and segments are set up in Mailchimp. Merge fields you map must already exist.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect Elementor Forms to Mailchimp Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
My bakery has an Elementor signup form with name, email and favorite treat. Add each person to my Mailchimp audience as subscribed, put the treat in a merge field and tag them "website".

Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Mailchimp connection with your API key and a test button
  • Signup form added to your chosen audience as subscribed
  • Name and favorite treat saved in merge fields
  • Tag website added to every new member
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Double opt-in handling, unsubscribing people and sending campaigns are not in this plan. Merge fields must already exist in Mailchimp.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Pending status. Add new members as pending so Mailchimp sends its confirmation email.
  • Form name tag. Tag each member with the name of the form they used.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Elementor Forms to Mailchimp

Here is the whole setup for connecting Elementor Forms to Mailchimp, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Mailchimp and in Elementor Forms.

1. Get your API key and audience ID
In Mailchimp open Account, Extras, API keys and create a key. The part after the dash (for example us21) is your server prefix. Then open Audience, Settings, Audience name and defaults and copy the Audience ID.
2. Find your Elementor Forms fields
In the Elementor editor click each form field, open the Advanced tab and read its ID (for example email or name). Those IDs are what Ora maps to Mailchimp.
3. Match merge fields
Mailchimp stores names in merge fields, usually FNAME, LNAME and PHONE. Open Audience, Settings, Audience fields and merge tags to see the tag for each field, and create any extra ones before you map them.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit the form on the practice site, then open Elementor, Submissions to confirm the entry was saved. Open your audience and search for the test email. Check its status: subscribed means it was added straight away, pending means Mailchimp sent a confirmation email first.

Questions

Is there a free Elementor Forms to Mailchimp plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior for Mailchimp and nothing extra.

Will it make duplicate members?

No. Mailchimp identifies a member by the email address, so a repeat submission updates the same member instead of adding another.

Do I need Elementor Pro and a Mailchimp account?

Yes to both. The Form widget is part of Elementor Pro, and this plugin reads those submissions and sends them to your Mailchimp account. You don't need to buy Zapier.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
