What your Elementor Forms to Notion plugin does

A focused plugin that creates one page in a Notion database for each Elementor form submission. You map form fields to the database properties.

Page per entry
Each submission becomes a new row in your database.
Map the properties
Match form fields to title, text, email, phone and select properties.
Your own connection
Paste the token of an internal Notion connection you share the database with.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: Property names and types must match your Notion database. It adds pages only. A text value in Notion holds up to 2,000 characters, so very long answers are cut.

Example request
I coach freelancers and keep my client pipeline in Notion. When someone sends my Elementor intake form, add a page to the Pipeline database with name, email and goals, and set Stage to New.
O
Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Notion connection using your internal connection token, with a test button
  • Form fields mapped to Name, Email and Goals properties
  • Stage property set to New on each page
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Editing existing pages and page body content are not in this plan. The database must be shared with your connection first.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Default stage. Set a Stage select property such as New on every page.
  • Submitted date. Save the submission date in a date property.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Elementor Forms to Notion

Here is the whole setup for connecting Elementor Forms to Notion, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Notion and in Elementor Forms.

1. Create an integration and share the database
At notion.so/my-integrations create an internal integration and copy its secret. Then open your database, choose Connections and add the integration. Without that step Notion hides the database from it.
2. Find your Elementor Forms fields
In the Elementor editor click each form field, open the Advanced tab and read its ID (for example email or name). Those IDs are what Ora maps to Notion.
3. Match property names and types
Copy the database ID from its address. Each Notion property has a type such as title, text, email, number or select, and the plugin must send the right type. Every database has one title property, so say which form field goes there.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit the form on the practice site, then open Elementor, Submissions to confirm the entry was saved. Open the database in Notion and look for a new page with the test values. Check that select and date properties filled correctly.

Questions

Is there a free Elementor Forms to Notion plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior for Notion and nothing extra.

What do I need to set up in Notion?

A workspace owner creates an internal connection in the Notion developer portal and copies its token. You then share your database with that connection, or the API cannot see it.

Do I need Elementor Pro and a Notion account?

Yes. The Form widget is part of Elementor Pro, and this plugin reads its submissions and sends them to your Notion account. You also need to share the Notion database with your connection. You don't need to buy Zapier.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
