What your Elementor Forms to Pipedrive plugin does

A focused plugin that creates a Pipedrive person from each Elementor form submission. You pick the form and map its fields.

Create people
Each submission adds a person to your Pipedrive account.
Email and phone
Form answers go into the person's email and phone fields.
Your own token
Paste your Pipedrive API token once, with a test button.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: Pipedrive needs a name for each person. It creates people only. Deals, leads and activities are separate builds.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect Elementor Forms to Pipedrive Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
I'm a wedding photographer with an Elementor enquiry form: name, email, phone and wedding date. Add each enquirer to Pipedrive as a person and keep the wedding date in my custom field.
O
Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Pipedrive connection with your API token and a test button
  • Enquiry form mapped to name, email and phone
  • Wedding date saved in your custom person field
  • A log of each send, with any Pipedrive error shown
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Creating deals, linking organizations and updating existing people are not in this plan. Custom fields must already exist in Pipedrive.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Job title. Save the job title from the form on the Pipedrive person.
  • Owner. Assign every new person to a Pipedrive user I choose.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Elementor Forms to Pipedrive

Here is the whole setup for connecting Elementor Forms to Pipedrive, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Pipedrive and in Elementor Forms.

1. Copy your API token
In Pipedrive open your personal preferences, API, and copy your personal API token. The token acts as you, so use an account with permission to add people, organizations and deals.
2. Find your Elementor Forms fields
In the Elementor editor click each form field, open the Advanced tab and read its ID (for example email or name). Those IDs are what Ora maps to Pipedrive.
3. Map people, organizations and deals
Pipedrive splits a lead into a person, an organization and optionally a deal. Standard fields are name, email and phone. Custom fields use long generated keys, so Ora reads them from your account instead of guessing. Say which pipeline and stage new deals start in.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit the form on the practice site, then open Elementor, Submissions to confirm the entry was saved. Open Contacts in Pipedrive and search for the test person. Check the organization link, and the deal in the pipeline stage you chose.

Questions

Is there a free Elementor Forms to Pipedrive plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior for Pipedrive and nothing extra.

Where do I find my Pipedrive API token?

In Pipedrive, open your personal preferences and go to the API section. Each company account has its own token. If you don't see API there, it may be turned off for your account.

Do I need Elementor Pro and a Pipedrive account?

Yes to both. The Form widget is part of Elementor Pro, and this plugin reads those submissions and sends them to your Pipedrive account. You don't need to buy Zapier.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
