What your Elementor Forms to Salesforce plugin does

A focused plugin that creates a Salesforce lead from each Elementor form submission. You pick the form and match its fields to lead fields.

Create leads
Each submission becomes a new Lead record in your Salesforce org.
Map the fields
Match name, company, email and phone to Salesforce lead fields.
Lead source
Set a fixed lead source so you know the lead came from the website.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: It creates leads only. Contacts, accounts, opportunities and flows are separate builds. Your Salesforce edition must include API access.

Example request
Our software firm has an Elementor demo request form with name, work email, company and team size. Create a Salesforce lead for each, set lead source to Web, and put team size in a custom field.

Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Salesforce connection using your org's My Domain URL and app credentials
  • Demo request form mapped to last name, company, email and phone
  • Lead source set to Web, team size saved in your custom field
  • A log of each send, with any Salesforce error shown
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Duplicate matching, lead assignment rules and updating existing leads are not in this plan. Custom fields must already exist in Salesforce.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Campaign member. Add each new lead to a Salesforce campaign I name.
  • Description note. Put the full message from the form in the lead description.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Elementor Forms to Salesforce

Here is the whole setup for connecting Elementor Forms to Salesforce, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Salesforce and in Elementor Forms.

1. Set up API access in Salesforce
In Setup create a connected app (newer orgs call it an external client app) with OAuth turned on and the api scope. Pick or create an integration user whose profile can create Leads, and note the consumer key, the consumer secret and your My Domain login URL.
2. Find your Elementor Forms fields
In the Elementor editor click each form field, open the Advanced tab and read its ID (for example email or name). Those IDs are what Ora maps to Salesforce.
3. Match fields by API name
Salesforce matches fields by API name, not label. A Lead needs LastName and Company. Standard fields are FirstName, LastName, Email, Phone and Company, and any custom field you added ends in __c. Find them in Setup, Object Manager, Lead, Fields and Relationships.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit the form on the practice site, then open Elementor, Submissions to confirm the entry was saved. Open the Leads tab in Salesforce and look for the test email. If a duplicate rule in your org blocks the record, the plugin logs the message Salesforce returned so you can see exactly why.

Questions

Is there a free Elementor Forms to Salesforce plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior for Salesforce and nothing extra.

Does my Salesforce edition need API access?

Yes. Salesforce says Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer and Performance editions include API access, Professional can add it, and Group and Essentials do not have it. Check your edition before you order.

Do I need Elementor Pro and a Salesforce account?

Yes to both. The Form widget is part of Elementor Pro, and this plugin reads those submissions and sends them to your Salesforce account. You don't need to buy Zapier. Your Salesforce edition also needs API access.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
