What your Elementor Forms to SendPulse plugin does

A focused plugin that adds each Elementor form submission to a SendPulse address book. You pick the form, the address book and which fields become variables.

Add to an address book
Each submission adds the email to the mailing list you choose.
Fields as variables
Match form fields such as name or city to SendPulse variables.
Your own credentials
Enter your SendPulse API ID and secret once, with a test button.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: It adds contacts to one address book per form. Double opt-in confirmation emails, automations and campaigns stay in SendPulse or are separate builds.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect Elementor Forms to SendPulse Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
I run a language school on Elementor. When someone books a trial lesson, add their email to my "Trial leads" address book in SendPulse with first name, level and preferred day as variables.
O
Ora
Here is the plan:
  • SendPulse connection with API ID, secret and a test button
  • Elementor trial lesson form sent to the Trial leads address book
  • Name, level and preferred day saved as SendPulse variables
  • Failed sends logged so you can see what went wrong
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Double opt-in confirmation, tags and automation flows are not in this plan. Variables you map should be set up in SendPulse first.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Second address book. Send submissions from my enquiry form to a different SendPulse address book.
  • Phone number. Save the phone number from the form in SendPulse as well.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Elementor Forms to SendPulse

Here is the whole setup for connecting Elementor Forms to SendPulse, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in SendPulse and in Elementor Forms.

1. Copy your API ID and secret
In SendPulse open Account settings, API and copy the ID and secret. Then open Email service, Address books and note the address book new contacts should join.
2. Find your Elementor Forms fields
In the Elementor editor click each form field, open the Advanced tab and read its ID (for example email or name). Those IDs are what Ora maps to SendPulse.
3. Map variables
SendPulse stores extra details as variables on the address book, such as Name and Phone. Create the variables first under the address book, then tell Ora which form field fills which one.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit the form on the practice site, then open Elementor, Submissions to confirm the entry was saved. Open the address book in SendPulse and search for the test email. Check the variables, and any automation that starts when a contact is added.

Questions

Is there a free Elementor Forms to SendPulse plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior for SendPulse and nothing extra.

How does it connect to SendPulse?

You paste your SendPulse API ID and secret into the plugin's settings page. The plugin uses them to ask SendPulse for a short-lived access token and then adds contacts to the address book you pick. Your data goes from your site straight to SendPulse.

Do I need Elementor Pro and a SendPulse account?

Yes to both. The Form widget is part of Elementor Pro, and this plugin reads those submissions and sends them to your SendPulse account. You don't need to buy Zapier. SendPulse's API is available on its free plan with usage limits per minute and per day.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
