What your Elementor Forms to Trello plugin does

A focused plugin that creates a card in one Trello list when an Elementor form is submitted. You set the card title and put the answers in the description.

Card per entry
Each submission creates a new card at the top or bottom of a list.
Title and description
Build the card name and details from form fields.
Your own key and token
Paste a Trello API key and token from your own Power-Up.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: It creates cards in one list per form. Trello needs an API key from a Power-Up and a token you approve. Moving cards and checklists are separate builds.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect Elementor Forms to Trello Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
I run a web design studio. When a client sends my Elementor project form, add a card to the Inbox list titled with their company name, with budget and deadline in the description.
O
Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Trello connection using your API key and token, with a test button
  • Card created in the Inbox list titled with the company name
  • Budget, deadline and message put in the card description
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Labels, members, checklists and attachments are not in this plan. The Trello list must already exist.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Due date. Set the card due date from a date field on the form.
  • Top of list. Always put new cards at the top of the list.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Elementor Forms to Trello

Here is the whole setup for connecting Elementor Forms to Trello, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Trello and in Elementor Forms.

1. Get your API key and token
In Trello open the Power-Ups admin page, create a Power-Up to get your API key, then generate a token with read and write access. Use an account that is a member of the board.
2. Find your Elementor Forms fields
In the Elementor editor click each form field, open the Advanced tab and read its ID (for example email or name). Those IDs are what Ora maps to Trello.
3. Find the board and list
Cards are created in a list on a board. Open the board and add .json to its address to find the list IDs. Tell Ora which list new cards go into, and what the card title, description, labels and due date come from.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit the form on the practice site, then open Elementor, Submissions to confirm the entry was saved. Open the board in Trello and look for a new card in the list you chose. Check the description, labels and due date.

Questions

Is there a free Elementor Forms to Trello plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior for Trello and nothing extra.

How do I get a Trello key and token?

You create a Power-Up in the Trello admin, generate an API key on its Trello Auth tab, then click Token and allow access. Trello says tokens must be kept secret.

Do I need Elementor Pro and a Trello account?

Yes. The Form widget is part of Elementor Pro, and this plugin reads its submissions and sends them to your Trello account. You also need a Trello board and list to receive the cards. You don't need to buy Zapier.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
