What your WooCommerce to Airtable plugin does

A focused plugin that creates a record in one Airtable table for each new WooCommerce order. You match order details to Airtable fields.

A record per order
Each new order becomes a record in the table you choose.
Field mapping
Match order number, customer, items and total to your Airtable fields.
Status updates
Optionally change a Status field when the order moves to completed.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: It creates records, it does not read your base back into WooCommerce. Airtable counts API calls against your plan, so a busy shop may want a higher one.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect WooCommerce to Airtable Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
I make custom guitar straps on WooCommerce and track jobs in Airtable. Create a record in my Orders table for each paid order with order number, customer, strap details and total.
O
Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Paid WooCommerce orders sent to your Orders table in Airtable
  • Order number, customer, items and total mapped to fields
  • Status field updated when an order is completed
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Syncing changes made in Airtable back to WooCommerce and importing past orders are not in this plan.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Line items table. Save each product in an order as its own record linked to the order.
  • Failed send alert. Email me when a record could not be created in Airtable, with the order number.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up WooCommerce to Airtable

Here is the whole setup for connecting WooCommerce to Airtable, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Airtable and in WooCommerce.

1. Create a personal access token
In Airtable open your developer hub and create a personal access token with the data.records:write scope, and add the one base you want to use. Copy the token once, because Airtable does not show it again.
2. Find your WooCommerce fields
Decide which order status sends the data: Processing (payment received) or Completed (order fulfilled). Ora maps billing first name, last name, email, phone and company from the order.
3. Match field names exactly
Open the base and note the base ID (it starts with app) and the table name. Airtable matches field names exactly, including capital letters and spaces, so Phone Number and phone number are different fields.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Place a test order on the practice site using Cash on Delivery or a 100 percent coupon, move it to your chosen status, then check Airtable. Open the table in Airtable and look for a new row with the test values. Check that single select fields show the right option.
Common snags:

No yearly fee for your Connect WooCommerce to Airtable Plugin

Looking for an alternative to Zapier Professional plan (750 tasks a month)? It lists at $240 a year. Your own version is a one-off.

Paid plugin price is the list price for one site, as shown on the seller's site in October 2026. The price of your build depends on its size. Ora quotes it before you pay. Zapier connects thousands of apps, not just this one.

Questions

Is there a free WooCommerce to Airtable plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior and nothing extra.

Are there Airtable limits I should know about?

Yes. Airtable limits requests per base to 5 a second, and the Free plan has 1,000 API calls a month per workspace. The plugin sends one request per order.

Do I need WooCommerce and a Airtable account?

Yes. This plugin runs on your WooCommerce store and sends data to your Airtable account. You don't need to buy a Zapier plan.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
