What your WooCommerce to Discord plugin does

A focused plugin that sends an order message to one Discord channel through a webhook URL. You choose the events and how the message looks.

Order to channel
A new order posts to the Discord channel the webhook belongs to.
Embed card
Show the order as a Discord embed with number, total and items.
Sender name
Set the name the message appears under, such as 'Shop bot'.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: It posts into one channel per webhook, one direction only. It does not read Discord messages or run commands. You create the webhook in your Discord channel settings and paste its URL on the settings page. Keep that URL private, because anyone who has it can post to the channel.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect WooCommerce to Discord Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
Our community sells prints through WooCommerce and wants a buzz in #sales. When an order is paid, post an embed in Discord from 'Print Shop' with the order number, total and the items bought. Leave out the customer's email.
O
Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Paid order event on your WooCommerce store linked to a Discord webhook
  • Embed posted in #sales under the name 'Print Shop'
  • Order number, total and items shown, no customer email
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Slash commands, reading messages and roles are not in this plan. Neither is posting to more than one channel unless you add a second webhook.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Product image in the card. Show the first product image in the Discord embed.
  • Mention a role. Mention a chosen Discord role when an order is over a set total.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up WooCommerce to Discord

Here is the whole setup for connecting WooCommerce to Discord, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Discord and in WooCommerce.

1. Create a webhook in your server
In Discord open Server Settings, Integrations, Webhooks and create a new webhook. Choose the channel it posts to, then copy the webhook URL. Anyone with that URL can post in the channel, so treat it like a password.
2. Find your WooCommerce fields
Decide which order status sends the data: Processing (payment received) or Completed (order fulfilled). Ora maps billing first name, last name, email, phone and company from the order.
3. Choose what the message says
Decide what each notification shows, for example the name, email and message from the form, or the order number and total. Ora can post it as plain text or as a tidy embed with fields and a coloured edge.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Place a test order on the practice site using Cash on Delivery or a 100 percent coupon, move it to your chosen status, then check Discord. Open the channel in Discord and look for the new message. Check that links and line breaks look right.
Common snags:

No yearly fee for your Connect WooCommerce to Discord Plugin

Looking for an alternative to Zapier Professional plan (750 tasks a month)? It lists at $240 a year. Your own version is a one-off.

Zapier Professional plan (750 tasks a month)
$240 / year
After 1 year$240
After 3 years$720
Your own Connect WooCommerce to Discord Plugin on Pluginora

Paid plugin price is the list price for one site, as shown on the seller's site in October 2026. The price of your build depends on its size. Ora quotes it before you pay. Zapier connects thousands of apps, not just this one.

Questions

Is there a free WooCommerce to Discord plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior and nothing extra.

Do I need to create a Discord bot?

No. A Discord webhook is enough. Create it in the channel's Integrations settings and paste its URL on the plugin's settings page.

Do I need WooCommerce and a Discord account?

Yes. This plugin is built to run on your WooCommerce store and send data to your own Discord account. You don't need to buy Zapier.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
