What your WooCommerce to Drip plugin does

A focused plugin that sends new WooCommerce orders to Drip as order records, using Drip's Shopper Activity API, and creates the subscriber if needed.

Order records
Each new WooCommerce order is sent to Drip with its items, quantities and prices.
Subscriber created
The buyer's email becomes a Drip subscriber if they are not one yet.
Status updates
Send a status change such as completed or refunded to the same Drip order.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: Drip processes order batches in the background, so orders can take a little while to show in your account. Carts and product catalog sync are separate builds.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect WooCommerce to Drip Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
My store sells vinyl records on WooCommerce. When a customer pays, send the order with each record, quantity and price to Drip, and mark it refunded in Drip if I refund it.

Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Paid WooCommerce orders sent to your Drip account
  • Items, quantities and prices included on each Drip order
  • Refunds update the same order in Drip
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Abandoned carts, product catalog sync and syncing back from Drip are not in this plan.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Tag by category. Add a Drip tag based on the product category in the order.
  • Failed send alert. Email me when an order could not be sent to Drip, with the order number.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up WooCommerce to Drip

Here is the whole setup for connecting WooCommerce to Drip, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Drip and in WooCommerce.

1. Copy your API token and account ID
In Drip open your user settings and copy the API token. The account ID is the number in your Drip address. Both are needed to add subscribers.
2. Find your WooCommerce fields
Decide which order status sends the data: Processing (payment received) or Completed (order fulfilled). Ora maps billing first name, last name, email, phone and company from the order.
3. Map subscribers, tags and custom fields
Drip identifies people by email. Custom fields use short keys with underscores, such as first_name or plan_type, and tags are text. Tell Ora which tags to apply on each submission.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Place a test order on the practice site using Cash on Delivery or a 100 percent coupon, move it to your chosen status, then check Drip. Open People in Drip and search for the test email. Check the tags and custom fields, and any workflow that starts.
Common snags:

No yearly fee for your Connect WooCommerce to Drip Plugin

Looking for an alternative to Zapier Professional plan (750 tasks a month)? It lists at $240 a year. Your own version is a one-off.

Paid plugin price is the list price for one site, as shown on the seller's site in October 2026. The price of your build depends on its size. Ora quotes it before you pay. Zapier connects thousands of apps, not just this one.

Questions

Is there a free WooCommerce to Drip plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior and nothing extra.

What do I need from Drip?

Your Drip API token and your account ID, pasted on the plugin's settings page. Drip uses the token and account ID in each request.

Do I need WooCommerce and a Drip account?

Yes. This plugin runs on your WooCommerce store and sends data to your Drip account. You don't need to buy a Zapier plan.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
