What your WooCommerce to HubSpot Deals plugin does

A focused plugin that creates a HubSpot deal when a WooCommerce order comes in and links it to the buyer's contact. You pick the pipeline and stage.

Order to deal
Each new order becomes a HubSpot deal named after the order number.
Amount and stage
The order total fills the deal amount, and you choose the pipeline and stage.
Linked to the buyer
The deal is associated with the HubSpot contact that has the billing email.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: HubSpot needs the internal ID of the pipeline and stage, which you copy from your pipeline settings. Moving deals as order statuses change is limited to the one stage change described in the plan.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect WooCommerce to HubSpot Deals Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
We run a furniture workshop on WooCommerce. Create a HubSpot deal in our Orders pipeline for every new order, named Order #1042 style, with the order total as the amount, and move it to Closed won when the order is completed.
O
Ora
Here is the plan:
  • HubSpot connection with a private app token and a test button
  • A deal created in your Orders pipeline for each new order
  • Deal name from the order number, amount from the order total
  • Deal moved to Closed won when the order is completed
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Line items, products on deals and refund handling are not in this plan. It does not create the contact, so the buyer must already exist in HubSpot to be linked.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Deal owner. Assign each new HubSpot deal to a sales owner I name.
  • Order note on the deal. Add the customer note from checkout to the HubSpot deal.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up WooCommerce to HubSpot Deals

Here is the whole setup for connecting WooCommerce to HubSpot, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in HubSpot and in WooCommerce.

1. Create a private app in HubSpot
In HubSpot open Settings, Integrations, Private Apps and create an app for your site. Give it the crm.objects.contacts.read and crm.objects.contacts.write scopes, then copy the access token (it starts with pat-). The plugin keeps the token in your own WordPress settings.
2. Find your WooCommerce fields
Decide which order status sends the data: Processing (payment received) or Completed (order fulfilled). Ora maps billing first name, last name, email, phone and company from the order.
3. Match fields by internal name
HubSpot matches properties by internal name, not the label you see. First name is firstname, last name is lastname, phone is phone and company is company. Open Settings, Properties and click a property to read its internal name.
4. Choose the pipeline and stage
Open Settings, Objects, Deals, Pipelines and decide where new deals should land. The API uses internal IDs for the pipeline and stage, not their names. A deal also needs a name and an amount, for example the order total, and it is linked to the contact.
5. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
6. Test on the practice site
Place a test order on the practice site using Cash on Delivery or a 100 percent coupon, move it to your chosen status, then check HubSpot. Open Contacts in HubSpot and search for the test email. The contact should show the submitted values, and a second submission with the same email should update it instead of creating a copy.

Questions

Is there a free WooCommerce to HubSpot Deals plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior and nothing extra.

Which deal properties does it fill?

The deal name, the amount, the pipeline and the stage. HubSpot requires a deal name and a stage, so both are always set.

Do I need WooCommerce and a HubSpot account?

Yes. This plugin is built to run on your WooCommerce store and create deals in your HubSpot account, using a private app token with deal write access. You don't need to buy Zapier.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
