What your WooCommerce to MailerLite plugin does

A focused plugin that sends the buyer from a new WooCommerce order to MailerLite as a subscriber. You choose the group and which order fields fill MailerLite fields.

Order to subscriber
A new WooCommerce order creates a MailerLite subscriber, or updates the one with the same email.
Group choice
Add buyers to one MailerLite group, such as Customers.
Field mapping
Match billing name, company, city and order total to MailerLite fields.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: It covers one direction, WooCommerce to MailerLite, for new orders. Removing subscribers and syncing back from MailerLite are separate builds.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect WooCommerce to MailerLite Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
My shop sells candles on WooCommerce. When an order is completed, add the buyer to the MailerLite group Customers with their first name, last name and city.
O
Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Completed WooCommerce orders sent to your MailerLite account
  • Buyer added to the group Customers
  • First name, last name and city mapped to MailerLite fields
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Two-way sync from MailerLite is not in this plan. Neither are order history imports or removing subscribers.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Group by product. Add buyers to a different MailerLite group depending on the product category they bought.
  • Failed send alert. Email me when a buyer could not be sent to MailerLite, with the order number.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up WooCommerce to MailerLite

Here is the whole setup for connecting WooCommerce to MailerLite, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in MailerLite and in WooCommerce.

1. Create an API token
In MailerLite open Integrations, API and generate a token. Then open Subscribers, Groups and note the group new subscribers should join. This is for the current MailerLite, not MailerLite Classic.
2. Find your WooCommerce fields
Decide which order status sends the data: Processing (payment received) or Completed (order fulfilled). Ora maps billing first name, last name, email, phone and company from the order.
3. Map fields and groups
Subscribers are matched by email. Built-in fields are name, last_name, company and phone. Other fields must be created first under Subscribers, Fields. Tell Ora which group each person joins.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Place a test order on the practice site using Cash on Delivery or a 100 percent coupon, move it to your chosen status, then check MailerLite. Open Subscribers in MailerLite and search for the test email. Check the group and fields, and whether the status is active or unconfirmed.

Questions

Is there a free WooCommerce to MailerLite plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior and nothing extra.

How do I connect it to my MailerLite account?

You create an API token in your MailerLite account and paste it on the plugin's settings page. The plugin sends requests straight from your site to MailerLite.

Do I need WooCommerce and a MailerLite account?

Yes. This plugin runs on your WooCommerce store and sends data to your MailerLite account. You don't need to buy a Zapier plan.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
