What your WooCommerce to Salesforce plugin does

A focused plugin that creates a Salesforce Contact when a WooCommerce order is placed. You choose the trigger and match billing fields to Salesforce fields.

Order to contact
A new order creates a Salesforce Contact from the billing details.
Field mapping
Match billing first name, last name, email and phone to Salesforce fields.
Your own credentials
You enter the connection details from a Salesforce app you create.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: Salesforce API access depends on your edition: it is on by default in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited and Developer orgs, and Professional needs an add-on. The connecting user also needs the API Enabled permission.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect WooCommerce to Salesforce Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
I sell commercial coffee machines on WooCommerce. When someone places an order, create a Salesforce Contact with first name, last name, email and phone, and put the company name in the Description field.

Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Salesforce connection from your own app credentials, with a test button
  • A Contact created for each new WooCommerce order
  • Billing first name, last name, email and phone mapped to Contact fields
  • Company name saved in the Description field
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Accounts, opportunities and updating existing Contacts are not in this plan. Salesforce can reject a Contact with a missing last name, so Ora adds a fallback value.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Send on failure alert. Email me when Salesforce rejects a contact, with the order number.
  • Order number on the record. Save the WooCommerce order number in a custom Salesforce field.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up WooCommerce to Salesforce

Here is the whole setup for connecting WooCommerce to Salesforce, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Salesforce and in WooCommerce.

1. Set up API access in Salesforce
In Setup create a connected app (newer orgs call it an external client app) with OAuth turned on and the api scope. Pick or create an integration user whose profile can create Leads, and note the consumer key, the consumer secret and your My Domain login URL.
2. Find your WooCommerce fields
Decide which order status sends the data: Processing (payment received) or Completed (order fulfilled). Ora maps billing first name, last name, email, phone and company from the order.
3. Match fields by API name
Salesforce matches fields by API name, not label. A Lead needs LastName and Company. Standard fields are FirstName, LastName, Email, Phone and Company, and any custom field you added ends in __c. Find them in Setup, Object Manager, Lead, Fields and Relationships.
4. Decide Lead or Contact
A Lead is the right place for a new buyer you have not worked yet. A Contact needs an Account to sit under. Tell Ora which one you want so the plugin creates the right record.
5. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
6. Test on the practice site
Place a test order on the practice site using Cash on Delivery or a 100 percent coupon, move it to your chosen status, then check Salesforce. Open the Leads tab in Salesforce and look for the test email. If a duplicate rule in your org blocks the record, the plugin logs the message Salesforce returned so you can see exactly why.
Common snags:

No yearly fee for your Connect WooCommerce to Salesforce Plugin

Looking for an alternative to Zapier Professional plan (750 tasks a month)? It lists at $240 a year. Your own version is a one-off.

Zapier Professional plan (750 tasks a month)

After 1 year$240
After 3 years$720
Your own Connect WooCommerce to Salesforce Plugin on Pluginora

Paid plugin price is the list price for one site, as shown on the seller's site in October 2026. The price of your build depends on its size. Ora quotes it before you pay. Zapier connects thousands of apps, not just this one.

Questions

Is there a free WooCommerce to Salesforce plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior and nothing extra.

Does my Salesforce edition allow this?

Salesforce lists API access as on by default in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited and Developer editions, with Professional needing an add-on. Check your edition before you start.

Do I need WooCommerce and a Salesforce account?

Yes. This plugin is built to run on your WooCommerce store and send to your Salesforce org, which must have API access. You don't need to buy Zapier.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
