What your WooCommerce to Zendesk plugin does

A focused plugin that listens for WooCommerce refunds and creates a ticket in your Zendesk account. You choose the subject wording and what goes in the first comment.

Refund to ticket
A WooCommerce refund creates one Zendesk ticket with a subject you set.
Customer as requester
The billing name and email become the ticket requester.
Order details in the comment
Order number, items, refund amount and reason go in the first comment.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: It creates tickets from WooCommerce refunds, one direction only. Replies, status changes and ticket updates in Zendesk do not come back to WooCommerce. You enter your Zendesk subdomain, agent email and API token on the settings page, and your Zendesk account needs to allow API access.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect WooCommerce to Zendesk Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
We run a ceramics shop on WooCommerce. When an order is refunded, open a Zendesk ticket with the subject 'Refund: order #1234', the customer as requester, and the items and refund amount in the first comment.

Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Refund event on your WooCommerce store linked to your Zendesk account
  • Ticket subject 'Refund: order #' plus the order number
  • Customer name and email as requester, items and refund amount in the first comment
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Reading tickets back into WooCommerce, ticket tags and agent assignment rules are not in this plan. Neither is a ticket for every new order.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Partial refunds only. Only create a ticket when the refund is more than a set amount.
  • Failed send alert. Email me when a ticket could not be created in Zendesk, with the order number.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up WooCommerce to Zendesk

Here is the whole setup for connecting WooCommerce to Zendesk, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Zendesk and in WooCommerce.

1. Create an API token
In Zendesk Admin Center open Apps and integrations, APIs, Zendesk API and add an API token. The plugin needs your subdomain, the agent email the token belongs to, and the token itself.
2. Find your WooCommerce fields
Decide which order status sends the data: Processing (payment received) or Completed (order fulfilled). Ora maps billing first name, last name, email, phone and company from the order.
3. Map ticket fields
A ticket needs a requester email, a subject and a first comment. You can also set priority, type, tags and custom fields. Custom fields are referred to by numeric ID, so Ora reads them from your account.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Place a test order on the practice site using Cash on Delivery or a 100 percent coupon, move it to your chosen status, then check Zendesk. Open Views in Zendesk and look for the new ticket. Check the requester, priority and any trigger that ran.

No yearly fee for your Connect WooCommerce to Zendesk Plugin

Looking for an alternative to Zapier Professional plan (750 tasks a month)? It lists at $240 a year. Your own version is a one-off.

Paid plugin price is the list price for one site, as shown on the seller's site in October 2026. The price of your build depends on its size. Ora quotes it before you pay. Zapier connects thousands of apps, not just this one.

Questions

Is there a free WooCommerce to Zendesk plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior and nothing extra.

Does it create a ticket for every order?

No. You pick the event. The default plan is refunds, and you can choose a different WooCommerce event such as a failed order instead.

Do I need WooCommerce and a Zendesk account?

Yes. This plugin is built to run on your WooCommerce store and send data to your own Zendesk account. You don't need to buy Zapier.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
