What your WooCommerce to Zoho CRM plugin does

A focused plugin that creates a Zoho CRM contact when a WooCommerce order is placed. You choose when it fires and match fields to the Contacts module.

Order to contact
A new order adds a record to the Zoho CRM Contacts module.
Field mapping
Match billing details to First_Name, Last_Name, Email and Phone.
Your own connection
You enter OAuth details for your own Zoho account and data center.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: Zoho CRM uses OAuth, so the plugin needs credentials with permission to create contacts. Deals, leads and products are separate builds.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect WooCommerce to Zoho CRM Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
I run a pet supplies shop on WooCommerce. When an order is completed, add the customer to Zoho CRM as a contact with first name, last name, email and phone, and save the order number in the Description field.

Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Zoho CRM connection with OAuth details and a test button
  • A Contact created when an order is completed
  • Billing first name, last name, email and phone mapped to Zoho fields
  • Order number saved in the Description field
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Deals, leads and two-way sync are not in this plan. Zoho requires a last name on every contact, so Ora adds a fallback value when it is empty.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Lead source. Set the Zoho CRM lead source to Online store for every new contact.
  • Failed send alert. Email me when a contact could not be created in Zoho CRM.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up WooCommerce to Zoho CRM

Here is the whole setup for connecting WooCommerce to Zoho CRM, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Zoho CRM and in WooCommerce.

1. Create API access in Zoho
In the Zoho API Console create a Self Client with the ZohoCRM.modules.ALL scope and generate a grant. Ora exchanges it for a refresh token. Use the domain your account lives on (.com, .eu, .in, .com.au or .jp), because the wrong region fails.
2. Find your WooCommerce fields
Decide which order status sends the data: Processing (payment received) or Completed (order fulfilled). Ora maps billing first name, last name, email, phone and company from the order.
3. Match fields by API name
Zoho matches fields by API name, not label. A Lead needs Last_Name, and standard fields are First_Name, Email, Phone and Company. Custom fields are listed under Setup, Modules and Fields, with their API names.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Place a test order on the practice site using Cash on Delivery or a 100 percent coupon, move it to your chosen status, then check Zoho CRM. Open Leads in Zoho CRM and search for the test email. Check the lead source and owner, and any workflow rule that starts.

Questions

Is there a free WooCommerce to Zoho CRM plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior and nothing extra.

Does it work with any Zoho data center?

You enter the API domain for your own Zoho account, so the plugin sends to the right region. Ora will ask which region you use.

Do I need WooCommerce and a Zoho CRM account?

Yes. This plugin is built to run on your WooCommerce store and send to your Zoho CRM account, using OAuth credentials you create. You don't need to buy Zapier.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
