What your PDF Vouchers plugin does

A focused WooCommerce PDF vouchers plugin. A paid order creates a PDF with a code, your artwork and the details you choose.

Each voucher has a unique code and your own background.
Choose the fields
Show value, expiry date, recipient and message.
Redeem
Mark a voucher as used in your admin or at checkout.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: It makes vouchers and tracks use. Selling through a physical till is not covered.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your WooCommerce PDF Vouchers Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
I run a spa. Sell vouchers for a 60-minute massage that come as a PDF with a unique code, a recipient name and a message. They expire after 12 months. I want to mark them used when guests arrive.
O
Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Massage voucher PDF with a unique code
  • Recipient name and message on the voucher
  • Expiry after 12 months
  • Mark as used from the admin
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Point of sale scanning is not in this plan. Vouchers are for products on your store only.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Voucher list. Show a list of all vouchers with status and a Redeem button.
  • Email to recipient. Email the voucher straight to the recipient on a date the buyer picks.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up PDF Vouchers

Here is how to get a PDF Vouchers from idea to working plugin on your site. Most of the work is a few decisions, and these steps walk through them.

1. Design the voucher
Logo, text, a code or QR code, terms and an expiry.
2. Set the rules
Which products give a voucher, how it is delivered and how it is redeemed.
3. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and change the details. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
4. Test on the practice site
Buy a voucher on the practice site, open the PDF and redeem the code.
Common snags:

No yearly fee for your WooCommerce PDF Vouchers Plugin

Looking for an alternative to the paid PDF Product Vouchers extension from WooCommerce? It lists at $129 a year. Your own version is a one-off.

the paid PDF Product Vouchers extension from WooCommerce

After 1 year$129
After 3 years$387
Your own WooCommerce PDF Vouchers Plugin on Pluginora

Paid plugin price is the list price for one site, as shown on the seller's site in October 2026. The price of your build depends on its size. Ora quotes it before you pay. The paid product may do more than the plugin described above.
