Each submission adds a person and links the organization.
Lead or deal
Create a Pipedrive lead or a deal for the person.

Good to know: This build creates a person, an organization and one lead or deal per submission. Activities and later updates are separate builds, and Ora will tell you which Pipedrive credential to use.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect Fluent Forms to Pipedrive Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request

In this build: Activities and updating records are not in this plan. Syncing Pipedrive changes back to WordPress is not included.

Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Fluent Forms to Pipedrive

Here is the whole setup for connecting Fluent Forms to Pipedrive, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Pipedrive and in Fluent Forms.

1. Copy your API token
In Pipedrive open your personal preferences, API, and copy your personal API token. The token acts as you, so use an account with permission to add people, organizations and deals.
2. Find your Fluent Forms fields
In Fluent Forms open a field, go to Advanced Options and note its Name Attribute. The same value appears in smart codes like {inputs.email}.
3. Map people, organizations and deals
Pipedrive splits a lead into a person, an organization and optionally a deal. Standard fields are name, email and phone. Custom fields use long generated keys, so Ora reads them from your account instead of guessing. Say which pipeline and stage new deals start in.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit the form and look for the entry under Fluent Forms, Entries. Open Contacts in Pipedrive and search for the test person. Check the organization link, and the deal in the pipeline stage you chose.

Questions

Is there a free fluent forms to pipedrive plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior and nothing extra.

Lead or deal, which should I pick?

Either works. A lead sits in your Pipedrive leads inbox, and a deal goes straight into a pipeline stage. You choose when you describe the build.

Do I need Fluent Forms and a Pipedrive account?

Yes. This plugin is built to take submissions from Fluent Forms and send them to your Pipedrive account. You don't need to buy the Fluent Forms Single Site.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
