How to set up WS Form to LeadConnector

Select a field in WS Form and note its ID in the sidebar. WS Form refers to fields by ID in variables like #field(123).

3. Map contacts, tags and pipeline

Contacts are matched by email or phone. Custom fields are referred to by ID, and opportunities sit in a pipeline stage that is also an ID. Tell Ora which tags and stage new leads should have.

4. Describe it to Ora

5. Test on the practice site

Submit a test entry and look for it under WS Form, Submissions. Open Contacts in LeadConnector and search for the test email. Check the tags, custom fields and any workflow that started.

Common snags:

The token only works for the sub-account it was created in.
Workflows can fire as soon as a tag is added, so test with your own details.
Custom field IDs differ between sub-accounts.
