Example request
I coach runners and my Elementor sign-up form has name, email and race goal. Add each person to my ActiveCampaign list Race Prep.
O
Ora
Here is the plan:
  • ActiveCampaign connection with your URL and API key
  • Elementor form mapped to email, first name and last name
  • Contacts added to the Race Prep list
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Custom fields such as race goal need a separate extra. Unsubscribes are not synced back to your site.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Custom field. Send the race goal answer to an ActiveCampaign custom field.
  • Double check. Skip entries with an invalid email before sending.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Elementor Forms to ActiveCampaign

Here is the whole setup for connecting Elementor Forms to ActiveCampaign, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in ActiveCampaign and in Elementor Forms.

1. Copy your API URL and key
In ActiveCampaign open Settings, Developer. Copy the API URL (it looks like youraccount.api-us1.com) and the API key. The URL is unique to your account, so use the exact one shown there.
2. Find your Elementor Forms fields
In the Elementor editor click each form field, open the Advanced tab and read its ID (for example email or name). Those IDs are what Ora maps to ActiveCampaign.
3. Use list, tag and field IDs
Contacts are matched by email. Lists and custom fields are referred to by number, not name. Open the list or field and read the ID from the page address, then tell Ora which list each contact joins and which tag to add.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit the form on the practice site, then open Elementor, Submissions to confirm the entry was saved. Open Contacts in ActiveCampaign and search for the test email. Check the list and tags on the contact, and any automation that starts on that list or tag.
