What your Gravity Forms to ActiveCampaign plugin does

A small plugin that adds an ActiveCampaign feed to Gravity Forms. Each submission is sent over as a contact with the fields you map.

Feed per form
Turn the ActiveCampaign connection on only for the forms you pick.
Field mapping
Match name, email and phone fields to ActiveCampaign contact fields.
Simple and quick
Entries reach ActiveCampaign right after the form is sent.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: This build sends contacts and maps fields. Tags, automations and notes are separate builds.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect Gravity Forms to ActiveCampaign Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
I use Gravity Forms for a free guide download with first name and email. Send each entry to ActiveCampaign as a contact so the welcome email can go out from there.

Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Feed on the free guide form for ActiveCampaign
  • First name and email mapped to contact fields
  • Contact added after each submission
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Small build · $9 once
In this build: Tags, list rules and automations are not in this plan. Reading ActiveCampaign data back into WordPress is not included.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Tag by form. Add a tag to each contact that names the form they used.
  • Consent condition. Only send the entry when the consent box is ticked.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Gravity Forms to ActiveCampaign

Here is the whole setup for connecting Gravity Forms to ActiveCampaign, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in ActiveCampaign and in Gravity Forms.

1. Copy your API URL and key
In ActiveCampaign open Settings, Developer. Copy the API URL (it looks like youraccount.api-us1.com) and the API key. The URL is unique to your account, so use the exact one shown there.
2. Find your Gravity Forms fields
Gravity Forms identifies fields by number: field 1, field 2 and so on. Composite fields such as Name use decimals, so first name is usually 1.3 and last name 1.6. Ora needs these numbers to map correctly.
3. Use list, tag and field IDs
Contacts are matched by email. Lists and custom fields are referred to by number, not name. Open the list or field and read the ID from the page address, then tell Ora which list each contact joins and which tag to add.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit a test entry and look for it under Forms, Entries in Gravity Forms. Open Contacts in ActiveCampaign and search for the test email. Check the list and tags on the contact, and any automation that starts on that list or tag.

Paid plugin price is the list price for one site, as shown on the seller's site in October 2026. The price of your build depends on its size. Ora quotes it before you pay. That plan includes the whole form plugin and its other add-ons, not just this connection.

Questions

Is there a free gravity forms to activecampaign plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior and nothing extra.

Does it start my ActiveCampaign automations?

Not in this plan. It adds the contact. An automation in ActiveCampaign can still act on new contacts if you have set one up there.

Do I need Gravity Forms and a ActiveCampaign account?

Yes. This plugin is built to take submissions from Gravity Forms and send them to your ActiveCampaign account. You don't need to buy the Gravity Forms Basic plan.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
