Here is the plan:
  • ActiveCampaign connection with your URL and key
  • Form mapped to email, first name and last name
  • Class choice sent to a custom field
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Creating new tags from WordPress is not in this plan. Saving drafts to ActiveCampaign is not included.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Second tag. Add a different tag when a checkbox is ticked.
  • Phone field. Send the phone number to ActiveCampaign too.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up WS Form to ActiveCampaign

Here is the whole setup for connecting WS Form to ActiveCampaign, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in ActiveCampaign and in WS Form.

1. Copy your API URL and key
In ActiveCampaign open Settings, Developer. Copy the API URL (it looks like youraccount.api-us1.com) and the API key. The URL is unique to your account, so use the exact one shown there.
2. Find your WS Form fields
Select a field in WS Form and note its ID in the sidebar. WS Form refers to fields by ID in variables like #field(123).
3. Use list, tag and field IDs
Contacts are matched by email. Lists and custom fields are referred to by number, not name. Open the list or field and read the ID from the page address, then tell Ora which list each contact joins and which tag to add.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit a test entry and look for it under WS Form, Submissions. Open Contacts in ActiveCampaign and search for the test email. Check the list and tags on the contact, and any automation that starts on that list or tag.
