What your Bulk Cleanup plugin does

A focused cleanup plugin. You choose what to remove, see a preview first, and it runs in batches so the store stays fast.

Choose what to clean
Old orders, expired coupons, old reviews or sessions.
Preview first
See how many items match before anything is deleted.
Batches and schedule
Run in small batches, once or on a schedule, with a done email.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: Deleting is permanent unless you pick trash. Ora will keep a clear preview step in front of every delete.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your WooCommerce Bulk Cleanup Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
Delete completed orders older than 3 years and expired coupons. Show me the count first, send them to trash instead of deleting for good, do batches of 100, and email me when it finishes. Repeat monthly.

Ora
Here is the plan:
  • Completed orders older than 3 years and expired coupons
  • Preview count and trash instead of delete
  • Batches of 100, monthly, with an email when done
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Anonymizing customer data and backups before delete are not in this plan.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Backup export. Export what will be deleted to CSV first.
  • Keep rules. Never delete orders over a set total.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Bulk Cleanup

Here is how to get a Bulk Cleanup from idea to working plugin on your site. Most of the work is a few decisions, and these steps walk through them.

1. Choose what to clean
Old orders, spam orders, expired coupons, unused media or draft products.
2. Set the rules
Age, status and a preview step so you see what will go before it goes.
3. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and change the details. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
4. Test on the practice site
Run it on a copy of your store on the practice site and check the preview and the result.
Common snags:

No yearly fee for your WooCommerce Bulk Cleanup Plugin

Looking for an alternative to the paid Bulk Cleanup extension from WooCommerce marketplace seller? It lists at $49 a year. Your own version is a one-off.

the paid Bulk Cleanup extension from WooCommerce marketplace seller
$49 / year
After 1 year$49
After 3 years$147
Your own WooCommerce Bulk Cleanup Plugin on Pluginora

Paid plugin price is the list price for one site, as shown on the seller's site in October 2026. The price of your build depends on its size. Ora quotes it before you pay. The paid product may do more than the plugin described above.

Questions

Is there a free WooCommerce bulk cleanup plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior and nothing extra.

Can I preview what will be deleted?

Yes. You see the count and a sample before anything is removed, and you can choose trash instead of permanent delete.

Do I need WooCommerce?

Yes. This plugin is built for WooCommerce stores and works with your products, cart and checkout. You don't need to buy the paid Bulk Cleanup extension from WooCommerce marketplace seller.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
