Example request
My architecture studio uses an Elementor contact form with name, email, phone and project description. Create a HubSpot contact for each and put the description in a message property.

Ora
Here is the plan:
  • HubSpot connection with a private app token and test button
  • Elementor form mapped to firstname, lastname, email and phone
  • Project description saved in a contact property you name
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Deals, lists and timeline notes are not in this plan. Custom properties must already exist in HubSpot.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Lifecycle stage. Set the HubSpot lifecycle stage to Lead for new contacts.
  • Form name property. Save the Elementor form name in a HubSpot property.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Elementor Forms to HubSpot

Here is the whole setup for connecting Elementor Forms to HubSpot, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in HubSpot and in Elementor Forms.

1. Create a private app in HubSpot
In HubSpot open Settings, Integrations, Private Apps and create an app for your site. Give it the crm.objects.contacts.read and crm.objects.contacts.write scopes, then copy the access token (it starts with pat-). The plugin keeps the token in your own WordPress settings.
2. Find your Elementor Forms fields
In the Elementor editor click each form field, open the Advanced tab and read its ID (for example email or name). Those IDs are what Ora maps to HubSpot.
3. Match fields by internal name
HubSpot matches properties by internal name, not the label you see. First name is firstname, last name is lastname, phone is phone and company is company. Open Settings, Properties and click a property to read its internal name.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit the form on the practice site, then open Elementor, Submissions to confirm the entry was saved. Open Contacts in HubSpot and search for the test email. The contact should show the submitted values, and a second submission with the same email should update it instead of creating a copy.
