How to set up Ninja Forms to HubSpot

Here is the whole setup for connecting Ninja Forms to HubSpot, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in HubSpot and in Ninja Forms.

1. Create a private app in HubSpot
In HubSpot open Settings, Integrations, Private Apps and create an app for your site. Give it the crm.objects.contacts.read and crm.objects.contacts.write scopes, then copy the access token (it starts with pat-). The plugin keeps the token in your own WordPress settings.
2. Find your Ninja Forms fields
Open a field in Ninja Forms, go to Administration and read its Field Key (for example email). Keys are unique within each form.
3. Match fields by internal name
HubSpot matches properties by internal name, not the label you see. First name is firstname, last name is lastname, phone is phone and company is company. Open Settings, Properties and click a property to read its internal name.
4. Describe it to Ora

5. Test on the practice site
Submit a test entry and look for it under Ninja Forms, Submissions. Open Contacts in HubSpot and search for the test email. The contact should show the submitted values, and a second submission with the same email should update it instead of creating a copy.

Can I get a refund?
