What your Fluent Forms to Salesforce plugin does

A focused plugin that sends Fluent Forms submissions to Salesforce. You choose the object, such as Contacts, and map the form fields.

Submit to record
Each submission creates a record in the Salesforce object you pick.
Field mapping
Match form fields to Salesforce fields.
Feed per form
Set a different mapping for each Fluent Forms form.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: This build creates one record per submission in one object. Linked records are separate builds, and your Salesforce edition must allow API access.

Describe your Connect Fluent Forms to Salesforce Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Here is the plan:
  • Fluent Forms partner enquiry connected to Salesforce
  • Name, email, phone and company mapped to Contact fields
  • Message saved in the Description field
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Opportunities and linked Accounts are not in this plan. Syncing Salesforce edits back to WordPress is not included.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Lead source. Set Lead Source to Website on every record.
  • Skip duplicates. Do not create a record if the email already exists in Salesforce.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Fluent Forms to Salesforce

Here is the whole setup for connecting Fluent Forms to Salesforce, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Salesforce and in Fluent Forms.

1. Set up API access in Salesforce
In Setup create a connected app (newer orgs call it an external client app) with OAuth turned on and the api scope. Pick or create an integration user whose profile can create Leads, and note the consumer key, the consumer secret and your My Domain login URL.
2. Find your Fluent Forms fields
In Fluent Forms open a field, go to Advanced Options and note its Name Attribute. The same value appears in smart codes like {inputs.email}.
3. Match fields by API name
Salesforce matches fields by API name, not label. A Lead needs LastName and Company. Standard fields are FirstName, LastName, Email, Phone and Company, and any custom field you added ends in __c. Find them in Setup, Object Manager, Lead, Fields and Relationships.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit the form and look for the entry under Fluent Forms, Entries. Open the Leads tab in Salesforce and look for the test email. If a duplicate rule in your org blocks the record, the plugin logs the message Salesforce returned so you can see exactly why.

Questions

Is there a free fluent forms to salesforce plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior and nothing extra.

Does it work on any Salesforce plan?

Salesforce must allow API access on your edition. Ora checks this with you before building.

Do I need Fluent Forms and a Salesforce account?

Yes. This plugin is built to take submissions from Fluent Forms and send them to your Salesforce account. You don't need to buy the Fluent Forms Single Site.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
