What your Ninja Forms to Salesforce plugin does

A focused plugin that adds a Salesforce action to Ninja Forms. You choose the object and map each form field to a Salesforce field.

Action on submit
Add a Salesforce step to a Ninja Forms form.
Choose the object
Create a Lead, Contact, Account or Opportunity from one form.
Field mapping
Match form fields to Salesforce fields one by one.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: This build creates one record in one object per submission. Custom objects and chains of linked records are separate builds, and Salesforce must allow API access on your edition.

Describe your Connect Ninja Forms to Salesforce Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
My Ninja Forms contact form has name, email, phone, company and a question. Create a Salesforce Lead from every submission and put the question in the Description field.

Here is the plan:
  • Salesforce action added to the contact form
  • Name, email, phone and company mapped to Lead fields
  • Question saved in the Description field
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Custom objects and linking an Opportunity to an Account are not in this plan. Reading Salesforce data into WordPress is not included.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Lead source. Set Lead Source to Website on every record.
  • Different object per form. Send my quote form to Opportunities and my contact form to Leads.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up Ninja Forms to Salesforce

Here is the whole setup for connecting Ninja Forms to Salesforce, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Salesforce and in Ninja Forms.

1. Set up API access in Salesforce
In Setup create a connected app (newer orgs call it an external client app) with OAuth turned on and the api scope. Pick or create an integration user whose profile can create Leads, and note the consumer key, the consumer secret and your My Domain login URL.
2. Find your Ninja Forms fields
Open a field in Ninja Forms, go to Administration and read its Field Key (for example email). Keys are unique within each form.
3. Match fields by API name
Salesforce matches fields by API name, not label. A Lead needs LastName and Company. Standard fields are FirstName, LastName, Email, Phone and Company, and any custom field you added ends in __c. Find them in Setup, Object Manager, Lead, Fields and Relationships.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit a test entry and look for it under Ninja Forms, Submissions. Open the Leads tab in Salesforce and look for the test email. If a duplicate rule in your org blocks the record, the plugin logs the message Salesforce returned so you can see exactly why.
Common snags:

No yearly fee for your Connect Ninja Forms to Salesforce Plugin

Questions

Is there a free ninja forms to salesforce plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior and nothing extra.

Can different forms create different Salesforce records?

Yes. Each form has its own action, so one can create a Lead and another a Contact.

Do I need Ninja Forms and a Salesforce account?

Yes. This plugin is built to take submissions from Ninja Forms and send them to your Salesforce account. You don't need to buy the Ninja Forms Pro plan.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
