What your WPForms to Salesforce plugin does

A focused plugin that sends a WPForms submission to Salesforce. You choose the form, the Salesforce object and how fields map.

Entry to Lead
A WPForms entry creates a Lead in Salesforce, or a Contact if you prefer.
Field mapping
Match form fields to Salesforce fields such as FirstName, LastName, Email, Phone and Company.
Pick the object
Choose which Salesforce object each form feeds.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: This build creates records in one Salesforce object per form. Linked records across Accounts, Opportunities and Cases are separate builds, and your Salesforce edition must allow API access.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect WPForms to Salesforce Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
Our WPForms demo request form has name, work email, phone, company and a message. Create a Salesforce Lead for each submission, with the message in the Description field.

Ora
Here is the plan:
  • WPForms demo request form connected to Salesforce
  • Name, email, phone and company mapped to Lead fields
  • Message saved in the Lead Description field
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Opportunities, Cases and Campaigns are not in this plan. Neither is syncing Salesforce changes back to WordPress.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Route by dropdown. Choose the Salesforce object from a dropdown on the form.
  • Skip spam entries. Do not send entries that fail my spam check to Salesforce.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up WPForms to Salesforce

Here is the whole setup for connecting WPForms to Salesforce, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Salesforce and in WPForms.

1. Set up API access in Salesforce
In Setup create a connected app (newer orgs call it an external client app) with OAuth turned on and the api scope. Pick or create an integration user whose profile can create Leads, and note the consumer key, the consumer secret and your My Domain login URL.
2. Find your WPForms fields
Each WPForms field has a numeric ID, shown in the field options and in the smart tag list. The Name field has separate First and Last parts, so tell Ora which one goes where.
3. Match fields by API name
Salesforce matches fields by API name, not label. A Lead needs LastName and Company. Standard fields are FirstName, LastName, Email, Phone and Company, and any custom field you added ends in __c. Find them in Setup, Object Manager, Lead, Fields and Relationships.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit a test entry. WPForms Lite does not keep entries, so watch Salesforce directly if you use the free version. Open the Leads tab in Salesforce and look for the test email. If a duplicate rule in your org blocks the record, the plugin logs the message Salesforce returned so you can see exactly why.
Common snags:

No yearly fee for your Connect WPForms to Salesforce Plugin

Looking for an alternative to WPForms Elite plan (includes the Salesforce Addon)? It lists at $300 a year. Your own version is a one-off.

WPForms Elite plan (includes the Salesforce Addon)
$300 / year
After 1 year$300
After 3 years$899
Your own Connect WPForms to Salesforce Plugin on Pluginora
$19–$39 once
After 1 yearthe same
After 3 yearsthe same

Paid plugin price is the list price for one site, as shown on the seller's site in October 2026. The price of your build depends on its size. Ora quotes it before you pay. That plan includes the whole form plugin and its other add-ons, not just this connection.

Questions

Is there a free WPForms to salesforce plugin?

Free ones may exist. Build your own when you want exact behavior and nothing extra.

Which Salesforce object does it use?

You choose when you describe the build. Leads are the usual choice for web forms, and Contacts also work.

Do I need WPForms and a Salesforce account?

Yes. This plugin is built to take submissions from WPForms and send them to your Salesforce account. You don't need to buy the WPForms Elite plan.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
