What your WS Form to Salesforce plugin does

A focused plugin that creates or updates a Salesforce record, such as a Lead or Contact, from a WS Form submission.

Choose the object
Send entries to a Salesforce object such as Lead or Contact.
Map fields
Match name, email, phone, company and message to Salesforce fields.
Create or update
Create a record, or update one found by email.
One settings page
Its own item in your WordPress admin menu, so options are easy to find and change.
Good to know: It handles a basic create or update flow for one object per form. Invocable actions, flows and complex custom objects are separate builds.

Tell Ora what you need. Check the plan before you pay.

Describe your Connect WS Form to Salesforce Plugin in your own words. Ora replies with a plan and a price. Nothing is built until you approve it.

Example request
Our training company has a WS Form course enquiry form with name, email, phone, company and message. Create a Salesforce Lead for each, with the message in the Description field.

Here is the plan:
  • Salesforce connection authorized from the settings page
  • Lead created with FirstName, LastName, Email and Phone
  • Company sent to the Lead Company field
  • A settings page in its own menu in your WordPress admin
Standard build · $19 once
In this build: Running Salesforce actions and syncing records back to WordPress are not in this plan. Required Salesforce fields must be mapped.
Want more? Add it to your request:
  • Lead source. Set Lead Source to Web on every new Lead.
  • Custom field. Send one answer to a custom Salesforce field I name.
Add these to my request and get a quote
Ora builds it together with the plugin and the quote goes up to match. You see the new price before you pay. One plugin never costs more than $39. If it needs more than one plugin, Ora quotes each one. Or add it later as a separate build.

How to set up WS Form to Salesforce

Here is the whole setup for connecting WS Form to Salesforce, so you know what to have ready before you start. Most of it takes a few minutes in Salesforce and in WS Form.

1. Set up API access in Salesforce
In Setup create a connected app (newer orgs call it an external client app) with OAuth turned on and the api scope. Pick or create an integration user whose profile can create Leads, and note the consumer key, the consumer secret and your My Domain login URL.
2. Find your WS Form fields
Select a field in WS Form and note its ID in the sidebar. WS Form refers to fields by ID in variables like #field(123).
3. Match fields by API name
Salesforce matches fields by API name, not label. A Lead needs LastName and Company. Standard fields are FirstName, LastName, Email, Phone and Company, and any custom field you added ends in __c. Find them in Setup, Object Manager, Lead, Fields and Relationships.
4. Describe it to Ora
Paste your own version of the example request on this page, or start from one of the examples, and say which field goes where. Ora replies with a plan and a price, and nothing is built until you approve it.
5. Test on the practice site
Submit a test entry and look for it under WS Form, Submissions. Open the Leads tab in Salesforce and look for the test email. If a duplicate rule in your org blocks the record, the plugin logs the message Salesforce returned so you can see exactly why.

Questions

Yes. This plugin is built to read submissions from WS Form on your site and send them to your Salesforce account. You don't need to buy WS Form Agency plan.

Can I get a refund?

The trial fee is refunded automatically if a build fails. A purchased plugin can be refunded within 14 days if it doesn't do what the approved plan said and Ora can't fix it, as long as it hasn't been downloaded or installed.
